PAYMENT

All credit cards are processed securely through SHOPIFY STRIPE PAYMENTS, an internationally recognised and secure payment processing company see link for details: https://stripe.com/ie/privacy. We accept most credit cards, bank drafts, cheques and postal orders. Government funded organisations , Creches and schools can use a "Pay on Invoice" option at checkout for orders over €200. An invoice will be issued and can be paid by bank transfer, cheque or credit card. Please note we do not offer credit.  All goods remain the property of EASE until the account has been paid in full.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We hold most products in stock however, due to the large turnover of products we cannot always guarantee this.  We indicate the availability time on products that are not in stock, although this may change subject to suppliers availability.  Orders over €100 plus vat are delivered free in Ireland. Orders under €100 will incur a €6.50 delivery charge, although we often offer special free delivery on promotions.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We ship to Ireland, Europe, England the USA and Canada. We use the Irish Post Air Mail Service for international deliveries. During checkout, look for the country you are in and add shipping cost to basket eg “DeliveryUK”, DeliveryCanada” etc. This is an estimate only, if there are large shipping costs due to multiple items we will email you with the quote. You can then decide whether to proceed with the order or not. When we receive your acceptance, we will ship your order without further delay. International Air Mail deliveries generally take up to 14 business days to arrive after despatch, however, due to stricter border security controls they can be held up from time to time in customs, either here in Ireland, or in your country.


INSURANCE

ALL Irish orders are registered and insured to their full value.


OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

We try to have the key products in stock at all times and the rest of our products on regular back order. Occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock or completely sold out. In this instance, you will be notified when the order is being dispatched with full details.

INDEMNITY BY YOU

You indemnify us from and against all losses, damages, liabilities or costs directly or indirectly suffered or incurred by us (including as a result of a claim by a third party) due to or arising out of or in any way connected to use of the website. E&OE accepted. While every effort is made is to ensure that pricing is correct on www.ease.ie EASE retains the right to adjust pricing on products made in error or due to fluctuating market factors.


GUARANTEE

All our products conform to European Safety Standards . If you wish to return any items please call us within 7 days of receiving goods . You will be responsible for re packaging the item and sending goods back to our address in Kilkenny.

DAMAGE AND RETURNS

PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE RULES

Our price match guarantee applies to advertised prices or online pricing for competitors within the Republic of Ireland. The competitor must have the item in stock and the item must be an identical model including colour, size and make. Details of the competitor’s offer must be provided, either a copy of the current advertisement or the URL of the web advertisement. This policy does not apply to bundle offers, free items, limited quantities, negotiated prices or quotes or clearance items. When we match to online prices we consider relevant delivery costs, additional taxes and charges, and extra costs for payment method.
