How can I track my order?

If you have provided your email address, we will send you a dispatch notification. If it was via An Post we have provided a tracking number. To track your order, visit An Post's website at and enter your tracking number, which was on the dispatch email  for immediate location information. We also use local couriers to send larger deliveries, they do not have tracking but if you have received a dispatch note, please allow a few days for delivery. If you encounter any issues, please call us at 056 7768088, and we will promptly assist you.

Are all the products of good quality and from accredited suppliers?

Absolutely! We only work with top brands and suppliers in the educational sector. Our products are designed to withstand years of use in school environments. We partner with reputable suppliers who comply with quality standards such as the CE Certification. TTS and Moje Bambino are two of our main suppliers, known for their commitment to quality and environmental sustainability. Are all the products in stock?

We offer our customer over 10k products, and hold thousands of these products in stock.  Each product page shows if products are in stock or has a lead time. If its 2-3 days its usually same day dispatch and allowing time for An Post to deliver it to you. If it is a longer lead time, just order as normal and we will keep you informed of when to expect the delivery if it is different to what is on the product page. 

If a product is marked down in error, we reserve the right to cancel that order. However, we strive to have a wide range of products readily available for prompt delivery.

How long does delivery typically take?

We strive to dispatch orders on the next day if received before 12 noon, if products are in stock, although this may change during peak periods. Delivery to addresses in Ireland and the UK usually takes 3-4 working days from the dispatch date. In case of any delay in delivery, we will promptly contact you to provide updates. For orders involving bulky items or special circumstances, delivery timeframes may vary, but we will inform you in advance.

Can I send my order to a different address?

Certainly! When placing your order, you have the option to provide a different delivery address and phone number. Please ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address to receive the order. If necessary, the courier will attempt a second delivery and contact the provided phone number. If no one is available at the delivery address, you can consider providing a work address or the address of a neighbor who can accept the delivery on your behalf

How secure is my credit or debit card information?

The security of your credit or debit card information is of utmost importance to us. We utilise highly secure payment processing platforms such as STRIPE, Shopify Pay, and PayPal, as our payment gateways. When making a payment, you will be directed to their secure payment systems, and we do not have access to or store your payment details. Look for the little green lock icon in the address bar during the payment process to ensure a secure connection.

What if I need advice on a product?

We are here to help! With over 20 years of experience in the industry, we excel in providing product advice and recommendations. Feel free to give us a call at 056 7768088, and our knowledgeable team will be more than happy to assist you. If you are looking for something that you can't find online, we may even be able to source it for you.

How much does delivery cost?

If your order total is over €80, we do not charge any delivery fee. Orders below €80 incur a standard delivery charge of €6 per order. Bulky items are charged separately.  Bulky items are identified individually on product pages, a once off charge of €30 per order is applied to deliver these items. 

How are orders delivered?

All items are delivered either by An Post or our local couriers, depending on the size and nature of the items. For larger items, such as furniture, they are delivered unassembled with clear instructions for self-assembly, unless otherwise stated. Does someone need to be present at the delivery address? Yes, a signature is required upon delivery, so someone needs to be available at the specified delivery address. However, if you prefer the delivery to be dropped off at a neighbor's house or a work address, that can be arranged as well

What happens if I miss a delivery?

If you miss a delivery, there's no need to worry. The courier will contact you to arrange an alternative day and time for delivery. An Post will also make a second attempt to deliver the package, ensuring you receive your order conveniently.

Are all the items found on the website in stock?

We strive to have over 60% of our complete range in stock at all times. However, due to the vast number of products we offer, there may be instances where an item is temporarily out of stock or completely sold out. If such a situation occurs, we will notify you when dispatching your order and provide you with full details.

What happens if the item is not suitable upon arrival?

If you find that an item is not suitable upon receiving it, no worries! You can return the item to us in its original packaging and in perfect resaleable condition within 7 working days after receiving it. Simply drop it off at our showroom in Knocktopher, Kilkenny, or send it back to us via post or courier at your own cost. Once we receive the item in brand new condition, we will reimburse you for its purchase value.

What happens if an item arrives damaged or breaks soon after use?

We take product quality and customer satisfaction seriously. If an item arrives damaged or breaks shortly after use, simply take some pictures and email them to us; info@ease.ie with information on what happened.  If the damage or fault is evident and we are in agreement, we will replace the product or offer you an alternative solution. 

Warranty

Our products are guaranteed, subject to normal wear and tear for 1 year. This warranty excludes items that have been broken by excessive force or where chemicals have damaged surfaces. Care must be taken to ensure that products are maintained and cleaned without the use of harsh chemicals. Moving parts are not covered by this Warranty.

 Pricing Errors (E &OE)

In the rare occasion that a product is marked down in error, items are included in the image that are not part of the product or price is incorrect. We reserve the right to cancel the order.  

Can I add or cancel an item after placing an order?

Certainly! If your original order has not yet been dispatched, you can add or cancel an item. The only exception is where a product is a custom order, we reserve the right to refuse cancellation on made to order products. 

The easiest way to make changes to your order is by calling us at 056 7768088 (international customers: 00 353 56 7768088). Our team will assist you in amending or canceling your order accordingly.

Can I get an Invoice for the School?

All orders will be followed up with an official invoice after goods are dispatched, unless requested earlier.

Schools/Creches and Government organisations may choose “INVOICE THE SCHOOL” this allows checkout without payment. This is available on orders over €200 however if schools want to use this service on lower purchases, we will require payment before goods are dispatched. In this case, you can still place the order choosing “invoice to school” but we will send you a pro-forma invoice before we dispatch your goods. For this option, please do not use the express checkout, you need to manually enter your name, address etc, scroll down to the Payment Section.

What payment methods do you accept?

For online orders, we accept Visa, Visa Debit (Ireland), Mastercard, and American Express.Additionally, we also accept bank transfers, cheques, or postal orders/drafts, although we require funds to be received before dispatching the goods. To maintain card security, we kindly ask customers never to email or leave voicemails detailing their credit card details.

Where does EASE deliver?

We deliver both within Ireland and internationally. For international deliveries, shipping costs may vary, and we will confirm the charges before dispatching your order. You have the option to accept or reject the delivery charges, and your account will be credited or debited accordingly. In some cases products, we may be unable to be shipped internationally due to risk of damage. If this is the case, we will inform you and refund the item. Payment:

All goods remain the property of EASE until the account has been paid in full. For educational organizations, we offer an invoice option due on receipt, which can be paid via bank transfer or card.

Shipping and Delivery:

We strive to hold most products in stock, but due to high turnover, we cannot always guarantee availability. Delivery is free on orders over €80 incl. VAT within Ireland and the UK mainland.

International Delivery:

We ship to Ireland, Europe, England, the USA, and Canada. We use Irish Post Air Mail Service for international deliveries. For international deliveries, we will inform you of shipping costs, if they are different to what’s quoted, once you have placed the order.
