After-Sales Service

If you wish to return any items please call us on 056 77 68088 or email us on info@ease.ie within 7 days of receiving goods.

The company must be advised of any damaged goods within 5 days of delivery with pictures by email to info@ease.ie . We will promptly deal with your damaged item once it has been returned.

Our guarantee to you

All our products have a minimum 1 year warranty, this excludes consumable goods such as stationery and Arts and Crafts items or items that are safety sealed. In the event of a fault or breakage even though the product has been used correctly please consult our sale terms and conditions.

20 days to consider whether you are completely satisfied!

In the event of damage during transit, you have 3 working days following receipt of your parcel to notify the carrier by registered letter. If you are disappointed with an item, or if you made a mistake when ordering, you have 7 days following receipt to inform us in writing and to request an exchange, a credit note or a refund.

You will be responsible for re packaging the item and the cost of sending goods back to EASE, Barrettstown Knocktopher, Kilkenny R95 EW64. There are many options available to customers for returning items using a courier e.g Parcel direct or via your local post office. All you have to do is return the item in its original state,at your expense and in its original packaging.
